Naiyang Beach - Next to the airport, this hidden gem has gone comparitively unnoticed....... but not for much longer. Two beautiful beaches with huge Causurina forests next to the sand, the village still retains a 'Thai feel'. Rawai - The south of the island is painful to get to from the airport in high season! But once you are there, it hs it's own ecosystem which makes staying there super convenient. The promenade has numerous restaurants, bars, spas, and close to famous Naiharn beach and lake. Rawayana is a development to keep an eye on.

Kata Beach - Popular in high season for it's stunning, sweeping, shalllow beach, it's also now attracting tourists in low season who come to surf. Great options for investment at Kata VIP

Paklok - Previously not a popular location, but now investors are tempted due to it's proximity to international schools, northern beaches, and Phuket town. Houses and land plots are larger and have good potential returns as more people realise the benefits of living here

Natai Beach - The only way is up! When Phuket has run out of space, Natai beach will be the next place! Already a selection of high quality villas and hotels on the beach front, there's ample land set behind to build a development, and now, brand new roads making access convenient.
